Lella Lombardi, during her first attempt to qualify for a World Championship race at Brands Hatch for the 1974 British Grand Prix in her privately entered Brabham-Ford BT42
unfortunately she didn’t qualify, but came back a year later & performed quite well, finishing 6th in Montjuic Park to become the first (& so far only) woman to score World Championship points
I’m not sure of this, but I guess she’s also the driver with the highest car number in the history of F1
