in 1995, Simon Crafar’s 2nd year with the semi-factory Rumi squad, the Australian was promoted to a full factory ride by HRC mid-season, when Doug Polen (who was teamed up with Aaron Slight in the Castrol Honda team) ended his contract
Crafar however continued to compete in the traditional purple Rumi colours, only a Castrol sticker showing the factory ties
